Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Executive to join our client’s dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual and design capability, excellent organisational skills, and experience working within a professional services environment.
You will support the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team across campaigns, events, communications, design production and digital marketing initiatives, contributing directly to the firm’s brand visibility and business development objectives.

Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating and supporting a range of client events, ensuring smooth organisation, effective communication and high‑quality delivery across all activities.
Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system to ensure accurate, high‑quality data, and support client targeting, segmentation and business development campaigns.
Assist in creating, scheduling and monitoring social media content (primarily LinkedIn), and track digital analytics to inform decision‑making and optimise campaigns.
Design and produce high‑quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, graphics and event collateral, working with internal teams to support campaigns, events, videos and PR.
Support content development for events, promotional videos and PR activity, and liaise with external partners such as PR agencies, trade publications and photographers to deliver clear briefs and strong outputs.
Provide support on sponsorship, advertising and broader brand visibility activity, helping ensure deadlines and standards are met.

Excellent visual and design capability, with proven experience producing professional marketing materials.
High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
Social media experience, particularly LinkedIn, including analytics.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent project, time and people management skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
Strong team player with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
Level 8 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
4 years’ marketing experience working in a professional services environment (legal, financial, consulting, engineering, or similar).
Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.
