I'm excited to announce a new phase of growth. Tyler Weir is powering up by hiring talented professionals to join the business, and we are also welcoming you to our new website and brand as we move into our 9th year of operations.
As demand for specialised legal services continues to grow, the pool of qualified professionals is becoming increasingly competitive to secure. Law firms face multiple challenges that make attracting and retaining top talent more complex than ever. We speak daily to our clients about the limited supply of specialised talent in certain areas of law, evolving expectations from legal professionals such as (work-life balance, remote work flexibility and purpose-driven leadership), retention matters and the economic pressures/competition in the marketplace in Ireland.

So who is joining the team?
Gill Keneghan will be joining me as Tyler Weir's Talent Manager. Gill’s remit will be to recruit alongside myself and manage all things social media. Gill is a seasoned marketeer, law graduate, and entrepreneur and most importantly has sat and worked in law firms most recently William Fry. I am delighted to have her on board with me. Sid Kapoor is my behind-the-scenes genius legal researcher and also a law graduate who can find the very best of talent globally for the trickiest of searches. Thank you for working with me, Sid.
