Overview
A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a mid-sized domestic law firm as a Conveyancing Personal Assistant. This role will support the Senior Partner and Consultant of a busy conveyancing team. We are looking to hear from PAs experienced in conveyancing as confidence to work autonomously is key to success in this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders, anticipating their needs in a timely fashion, enabling them to focus on key fee earning and management activity. Tasks will include:
· Opening and closing files;
· Making applications to Land Registry;
· Stamp Duty returns;
· ROS;
· Declarations;
· AML and Compliance;
· Digital Dictations;
· Scanning and filing post; and
· Any other ad hoc tasks as they arise.

· 3+ years experience providing secretarial support to senior stakeholders in a legal environment essential (Conveyancing experience desired).
· Highly organised with the ability to manage high volumes and work, re-prioritising as and when required.
· Uses initiative to problem solve, in a calm and methodical way;
· Proven experience working with highly sensitive information in a discreet and confidential manner;
· Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ‘Evolve’ the ability to use them effectively to improve performance and communications;
· Exceptional attention to detail and written/verbal communications skills;
· Acts in a professional and assertive manner, displaying strong interpersonal abilities; and
· Proactive, resourceful and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
