Overview

We are currently partnering with a Top Irish Law Firm to recruit two outstanding lawyers for their Cork office: a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2–5 PQE) and a Real Estate Solicitor (1–3 PQE). These roles offer the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced partners on complex, high-value matters across dispute resolution and property law. The litigation role involves exposure to commercial disputes, financial services litigation, and regulatory investigations, while the property role focuses on advising on major development and transactional projects. Both positions provide hands-on experience, strong client interaction, and involvement in sophisticated legal work from day one. • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload across litigation or property transactions from inception to completion

  • Advise clients on complex commercial disputes or real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, and development

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation including contracts, leases, and court pleadings

  • Represent clients in Commercial Court, High Court, or transactional negotiations

  • Liaise with financial institutions, corporate clients, and key stakeholders

  • Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and cross-department collaboration

• Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with relevant PQE (1–5 years depending on role)

  • Strong technical expertise with excellent attention to detail

  • Commercially aware with strong communication and teamwork skills
