Overview

We are delighted to be working with a leading law firm in Ireland to recruit an experienced Company Secretary (Funds/Regulated Entities). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused environment where you will play a key role in supporting regulated funds and entities with governance, compliance, and company law matters.

You’ll work alongside an expert team, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of regulated clients, and contribute to a culture that values excellence, teamwork, and innovation.


    • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regulated funds and companies.

    • Prepare and circulate board packs, agendas, and minutes.

    • Facilitate board/shareholder meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

    • Prepare and file statutory returns and company law filings.

    • Maintain statutory records, conduct due diligence, and manage electronic databases.

    • Support the formation of new companies and interpret/amend constitutions.

    • Advise clients and colleagues on company law matters.

    • Assist with the development of templates, precedents, and process improvements.

    • Minimum 3 years’ company secretarial experience (funds/regulated entities essential).

    • Chartered Governance Institute qualification desirable.

    • Strong knowledge of Companies Act and Central Bank corporate governance requirements.

    • Experience with company secretarial databases and board portals (e.g., Diligent, Relate, GEMS).

    • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and initiative.

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills and numerical ability.
