Overview
We are delighted to be working with a leading law firm in Ireland to recruit an experienced Company Secretary (Funds/Regulated Entities). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused environment where you will play a key role in supporting regulated funds and entities with governance, compliance, and company law matters.
You’ll work alongside an expert team, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of regulated clients, and contribute to a culture that values excellence, teamwork, and innovation.

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regulated funds and companies.
Prepare and circulate board packs, agendas, and minutes.
Facilitate board/shareholder meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Prepare and file statutory returns and company law filings.
Maintain statutory records, conduct due diligence, and manage electronic databases.
Support the formation of new companies and interpret/amend constitutions.
Advise clients and colleagues on company law matters.
Assist with the development of templates, precedents, and process improvements.

Minimum 3 years’ company secretarial experience (funds/regulated entities essential).
Chartered Governance Institute qualification desirable.
Strong knowledge of Companies Act and Central Bank corporate governance requirements.
Experience with company secretarial databases and board portals (e.g., Diligent, Relate, GEMS).
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and initiative.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and numerical ability.
