We are partnering with a leading law firm to appoint a Business Development Manager focused on Legal Directories and Awards. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of brand, market recognition, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will lead the firm’s approach to directories and awards, ensuring submissions are compelling, accurate, and aligned with wider business objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape how the firm’s credentials and achievements are positioned in a competitive legal market. • Own and deliver the firm’s directories and awards strategy, aligned with growth priorities and market positioning
• Lead end-to-end submissions across major legal directories and awards programmes, ensuring quality and consistency
• Manage timelines, workflows, and the annual submissions calendar across multiple concurrent projects
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, researchers, and awards bodies to enhance engagement and outcomes
• Analyse performance data and feedback to generate insights and continuously improve future submissions -
Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development, ideally within legal or professional services
• Proven experience managing legal directories and awards submissions
• Strong stakeholder management, writing ability, and attention to detail
