Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join a leading professional services firm in Dublin. This role sits within the Clients & Markets team, supporting high-performing practice areas including Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment and Tax. You will play a key role in driving strategic marketing and BD initiatives, contributing to client growth and market positioning. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad mix of campaigns, events, and client development activity. Ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to accelerate their career in a top-tier environment.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of proposals, including content creation, coordination, branding, and compliance

  • Support and implement client development strategies, including research on sectors, organisations, and targets

  • Plan and execute client events (virtual and in-person), managing logistics, invitations, and ROI tracking

  • Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with digital teams

  • Drive profile-raising initiatives including award submissions, directory entries, and content updates across channels

• Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Events, Campaign Management, Partner Profile Raising, or Communications within a Law Firm or Big 4 environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Degree-level education with a marketing/communications qualification (e.g. CIM) preferred
