Librarian (Legal) – Part-Time (3 Days per Week)

We are recruiting a Librarian for a leading commercial law firm based in Dublin.
The role sits within the Learning & Development team and supports fee earners across the firm.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Librarian delivers high-quality legal information and knowledge services.
The position combines traditional library management with knowledge and research support.
This is a part-time role, working three days per week.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the firm’s legal library, knowledge resources, and practice area content

  • Maintain library systems, cataloguing, subscriptions, and core text collections

  • Support lawyers with research, know-how classification, and knowledge initiatives

• Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services library environment

  • A recognised qualification in librarianship with strong organisational and IT skills
