Overview
Librarian (Legal) – Part-Time (3 Days per Week)
We are recruiting a Librarian for a leading commercial law firm based in Dublin.
The role sits within the Learning & Development team and supports fee earners across the firm.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Librarian delivers high-quality legal information and knowledge services.
The position combines traditional library management with knowledge and research support.
This is a part-time role, working three days per week.

Manage the firm’s legal library, knowledge resources, and practice area content
Maintain library systems, cataloguing, subscriptions, and core text collections
Support lawyers with research, know-how classification, and knowledge initiatives

Previous experience in a legal or professional services library environment
A recognised qualification in librarianship with strong organisational and IT skills
