Advise on a broad range of structured finance and capital markets transactions, including securitisations and debt issuances
Work collaboratively with colleagues across finance practice areas to deliver seamless client solutions
Build trusted relationships with clients through clear, commercial and pragmatic legal advice

3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in structured finance, debt capital markets or securitisation
Training and experience gained at a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the UK or internationally
Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent drafting skills
