    • Advise trustees, corporate sponsors, and regulatory bodies on a broad range of pensions law matters.

    • Work on high-value pension scheme transactions, including risk transfers, buy-outs, and restructurings.

    • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and pension change documentation.

    • Support senior partners on major client mandates involving Irish and cross-border pension issues.

    • Contribute to client development initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the wider Employment, Labour & Pensions team.

    • Stay current with evolving pensions regulation and industry trends, providing proactive client advice.

    • 0–4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) within a recognised law firm or in-house legal team.

    • Demonstrated interest or experience in pensions law and regulation; familiarity with Irish pensions legislation and master trusts is desirable.

    • Strong technical and drafting skills, with a keen commercial mindset.

    • Ability to advise a range of stakeholders, including trustees, corporates, and regulatory authorities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.

    • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
