• Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain firm-wide pricing frameworks, guidelines and tools.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support new business opportunities, bids and proposals from a pricing perspective.

  • Design and refine pricing models, including fixed fees and alternative fee arrangements.

  • Analyse cost drivers, margins and profitability trends to inform pricing decisions.

  • Monitor billing performance, realisation rates and discounting, providing clear commercial insights.

  • Provide guidance, training and policy oversight on pricing practices across the business.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-led pricing, automation and market benchmarking.

  • Qualified finance professional with strong experience in professional services pricing or commercial finance.

  • Proven ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable commercial advice for senior decision-makers.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing partners and leadership teams.
