Overview

We are currently seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing Real Estate team in Dublin. This role is ideally suited to a lawyer with 4–6 years’ PQE gained within a large firm environment.
You will work on complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions alongside experienced partners.
The position offers strong career progression and exposure to top-tier clients. Please note: this opportunity is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily residential conveyancing.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing

  • Manage transactions from inception through to completion with minimal supervision

  • Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale property deals

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives

• Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ PQE with a strong focus on commercial real estate within a large firm

  • Proven experience handling complex property transactions (non-conveyancing)

  • Excellent technical, drafting, and client-facing skills
