Overview

We are currently seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to join a high-performing Employment team in Dublin. This role is ideally suited to a lawyer with 4–6 years’ PQE gained within a large firm environment, or a firm with a well respected Employment practice.
You’ll work on complex, high-profile matters for leading domestic and international clients across multiple sectors. The practice blends heavyweight contentious work with sophisticated advisory and project-driven mandates. You’ll operate with real autonomy while collaborating closely with senior leadership and global teams. If you want influence, variety and genuine career momentum, this role delivers

• Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex WRC and Labour Court litigation alongside strategic non-contentious employment matters.

  • Advise on major projects including reorganisations, outsourcing, M&A and sensitive employee relations issues.

  • Mentor junior lawyers and act as a trusted point of contact for key client relationships.

• Key Requirements

  • 4–8 years’ PQE in Employment Law from a top Tier firm, or a firm with a strong reputation in the Employment area.

  • Proven ability to manage high-profile, multi-workstream matters with commercial confidence.
