Overview

We’re partnering with a leading Irish law firm to find an experienced finance leader to join their senior management team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a high-performing finance function, manage a team of four, and work closely with senior stakeholders and partners across the business.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of monthly management accounts & annual budgets

  • Oversee statutory accounts and external audit processes

  • Partner with senior stakeholders on financial performance and strategy

  • Drive improvements in reporting processes and controls

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four accountants

• Key Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience

  • Strong financial reporting and team management background

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Advanced Excel skills
