A leading international law firm is seeking a Strategic Accounts Programme Lead to join its International Relations Team. This newly created role will focus on driving strategic programmes across priority global accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders and client teams. You will bring a strong commercial mindset, leveraging data, AI-enabled tools and CRM systems to deliver measurable growth. The position offers high visibility, reporting directly to the International Relations Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a business development professional to shape best-in-class account management practices in a dynamic, international environment.

    • Lead and deliver strategic account programmes to drive growth and deepen client relationships

    • Build market and client intelligence, identifying trends, risks and commercial opportunities

    • Coordinate partner engagement, track account plans and ensure disciplined reporting and execution

    • Leverage AI tools and CRM systems for planning, performance tracking and strategic insights

    • Monitor KPIs and account performance, producing impactful reports to guide decision-making

    • Proven experience in strategic account management within professional services

    • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data

    • Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and a keen interest in AI-enabled tools and innovation
