Lead and deliver strategic account programmes to drive growth and deepen client relationships
Build market and client intelligence, identifying trends, risks and commercial opportunities
Coordinate partner engagement, track account plans and ensure disciplined reporting and execution
Leverage AI tools and CRM systems for planning, performance tracking and strategic insights
Monitor KPIs and account performance, producing impactful reports to guide decision-making

Proven experience in strategic account management within professional services
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in CRM systems and a keen interest in AI-enabled tools and innovation
