Overview

Our client, a prestigious Global Law Firm based in Dublin 2, is seeking a polished and professional Client Receptionist to join their busy Client Reception Area. Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a full-time permanent role (9:00am–5:30pm) within a high-performing, collaborative environment. You will deliver a five-star front-of-house experience, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.     • Meet and greet all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm, professional welcome at all times

    • Manage a high-volume switchboard and direct calls efficiently and accurately

    • Book and coordinate internal meeting rooms and catering requirements

    • Liaise with IT, Catering and Facilities to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Coordinate internal events and assist with on-site hospitality arrangements

    • Arrange taxis for colleagues and clients and issue swipe cards to new joiners

    • Manage administrative duties and respond to email, phone and in-person queries

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy corporate client reception role

    • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

    • Highly organised, proactive and professional, with the ability to multitask and maintain strict confidentiality
