An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Transaction Manager to join a leading international corporate services provider in Dublin. Reporting to the Head of Transaction Management, this role offers the chance to work with a diverse and dynamic portfolio of clients across sectors such as aviation leasing, structured finance, manufacturing, and technology. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering a world-class client experience. You’ll collaborate with senior directors and cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions, gaining exposure to high-value transactions and strategic projects.     • Manage the delivery of corporate transaction services and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Oversee SPV and structured finance company set-ups, ensuring full compliance and governance.

    • Act as an Irish resident director for assigned SPV mandates.

    • Perform company secretarial duties and ensure statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.

    • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.

    • Liaise with external stakeholders including tax advisors, trustees, and investment managers.

    • Contribute to key regulatory and compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions.

    • Degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.

    • 2–3 years’ experience in financial or professional services.

    • Proven track record managing corporate transactions and governance matters.

    • Strong understanding of corporate services, SPV management, and compliance frameworks.

    • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

    • Highly proactive with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

    • Fluency in English essential.
