Overview
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to join its Legal Knowledge Team, with a focus on either the Dispute Resolution Group or the Corporate Group. The successful candidate will contribute to legal excellence by supporting practitioners with legal research, developing legal content, and facilitating training and knowledge sharing. This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of the Knowledge Team.

Develop, maintain, and update the firm’s template documents and precedents.
Monitor legal, regulatory, and procedural developments relevant to the practice area (litigation or corporate).
Deliver timely updates and briefings to practitioners, trainees, and clients through internal and external training sessions, workshops, and accredited events.
Assist practitioners with legal research and in formulating advice on complex legal and regulatory matters.
Draft internal and client-facing legal publications including notes, briefings, and thought leadership content for the firm’s legal knowledge platforms.
Prepare public-domain content such as articles, journal submissions, and book chapters to support the firm's market profile.
Contribute to client presentations and external engagement events.
Support and enhance the firm’s overall knowledge resources and legal education framework.
Participate in and lead specific knowledge projects related to legal research, knowhow, and training.

Qualified solicitor or barrister in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or England and Wales.
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation or corporate law, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm or in independent practice.
Strong legal drafting and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
Strong academic interest in law with sound judgement and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A collaborative and positive team player with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative.
Education
Excellent academic credentials.
Minimum 2.1 honours degree in any discipline.
