Overview

A leading professional services firm is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join its HR team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in HR systems and data analytics. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of the firm’s HRIS platform, while also supporting data-driven decision-making within the HR department.

    • Administer and maintain the HRIS system, including user access, security, and updates.

    • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and validations.

    • Generate reports and dashboards to support HR strategy and compliance.

    • Interpret HR data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

    • Create and present HR dashboards and visualisations for leadership.

    • Drive improvements to HR systems and workflows.

    • Train and support HRIS users, troubleshooting system issues as needed.

    • Ensure HRIS operations remain compliant with GDPR and other relevant laws.

    • Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including upgrades and system rollouts.

    • Assist with monthly payroll processing and annual budgeting activities.

    • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR data.

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in HRIS within a complex organisation.

    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Access People XD (CoreHR).

    • Strong understanding of HR processes, KPIs, and payroll data.

    • Professional certification in HR data analytics is preferred.

    • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

    • Tech-savvy and solution-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and Finance teams to streamline data flows.
