Overview

A leading law firm is seeking a Learning and Development Systems Executive to join its award-winning L&D team. This role focuses on the administration, implementation, and optimisation of learning technologies, supporting impactful development programmes across the firm. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive learner engagement and deliver seamless digital learning experiences.

  • Learning Management System (LMS):

    • Serve as a superuser for the firm’s LMS / LXP (Cornerstone).

    • Perform all administrative tasks related to the firm's learning and development programmes.

    • Monitor product updates and system releases.

    • Maintain data accuracy and resolve functionality or user experience issues proactively.

    • Provide system training and best-practice guidance to both administrators and users.

    • Collaborate with firmwide teams to manage technology elements of training programmes.

    • Drive engagement by identifying LMS enhancements and content opportunities.

    • Record and report attendance data and learner participation.

    • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers.

    Data & Content:

    • Support data-driven decision making using Excel, PowerBI, survey platforms, and internal systems.

    • Create online learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, and video editing software.

    • Curate learning content and generate usage and performance reports.

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within professional or corporate services.

    • Experience using an LMS / LXP platform (Cornerstone Galaxy preferred).

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data visualisation and analysis capabilities.

    • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience with content creation tools like Articulate, Canva, and video editing software is an advantage.
