Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Personal Assistant to support a senior Partner in a top-tier legal environment. This is a fast-paced and confidential role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

    • Proactively manage a busy inbox and coordinate domestic and international diaries.

    • Organise travel arrangements, including bookings, itinerary creation, expenses, and invoice processing.

    • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and format Word documents in accordance with internal style guidelines.

    • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records on the CRM system.

    • File and manage documents using the firm’s document management system.

    • Draft meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.

    • Prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.

    • Provide flexible, additional administrative support as required.

    • Experience in a senior administrative or personal assistant role, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced formatting skills in Word and PowerPoint.

    • Strong IT literacy and adaptability to new systems or upgrades.

    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential materials.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proactive, positive, and professional approach to work.

    • Strong data and document management skills.
