Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Manager to join a leading, well-established commercial law firm in Dublin. This role sits at the heart of the firm’s growth strategy, leading high-quality tenders, pitches, and business development initiatives. You will take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape winning strategies. The position also includes leadership of a dedicated tenders team, driving performance and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

    • Lead the end-to-end management of tenders, pitches, and proposal submissions

    • Develop winning bid strategies, including messaging, positioning, and pricing

    • Manage and grow the tender pipeline, tracking opportunities and performance metrics

    • Oversee content creation, ensuring high-quality, client-focused submissions

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the bids team while driving continuous improvement initiatives

    • 8–10 years’ experience in bid management, ideally within professional services

    • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder bids from start to finish

    • Strong commercial acumen, writing skills, and stakeholder management experience
