Partner with practice leaders to develop, implement and measure strategic business development plans aligned to growth objectives
Lead client development initiatives, including pitches, proposals, RFPs and relationship management programmes
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client insights to identify new opportunities and inform strategy
Manage and optimise CRM systems, tracking pipeline activity and ensuring data-driven decision making
Coordinate cross-functional projects, marketing campaigns and legal directory submissions to enhance market profile

8+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within professional services, B2B or financial services
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels with strong stakeholder engagement
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
