    • Partner with practice leaders to develop, implement and measure strategic business development plans aligned to growth objectives

    • Lead client development initiatives, including pitches, proposals, RFPs and relationship management programmes

    • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client insights to identify new opportunities and inform strategy

    • Manage and optimise CRM systems, tracking pipeline activity and ensuring data-driven decision making

    • Coordinate cross-functional projects, marketing campaigns and legal directory submissions to enhance market profile

    • 8+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within professional services, B2B or financial services

    • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels with strong stakeholder engagement

    • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
