Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Bid Manager to join their dynamic Business Development & Marketing team. ProvidManage the full bid and tender lifecycle – from qualification through to submission and post-bid review.
Lead public sector and private tender opportunities, ensuring high-quality, client-focused proposals.
Coordinate bid teams, facilitate kick-off meetings, and define winning strategies.
Draft, edit, and refine persuasive, well-structured bid content that aligns with firm strategy.
Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all submissions.
Maintain and improve bid libraries, templates, and management processes.
Track outcomes, report on win rates, and continuously enhance bid practices.
Collaborate with partners, lawyers, and business services teams to deliver exceptional proposals.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing tenders, pitches, and bid proposals.
Proven ability to lead and own the end-to-end bid process.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Creative flair and understanding of branding, design, and visual presentation.
Collaborative mindset, confident working with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for continuous improvement.
