Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Bid Manager to join their dynamic Business Development & Marketing team.     • ProvidManage the full bid and tender lifecycle – from qualification through to submission and post-bid review.

    • Lead public sector and private tender opportunities, ensuring high-quality, client-focused proposals.

    • Coordinate bid teams, facilitate kick-off meetings, and define winning strategies.

    • Draft, edit, and refine persuasive, well-structured bid content that aligns with firm strategy.

    • Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all submissions.

    • Maintain and improve bid libraries, templates, and management processes.

    • Track outcomes, report on win rates, and continuously enhance bid practices.

    • Collaborate with partners, lawyers, and business services teams to deliver exceptional proposals.

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing tenders, pitches, and bid proposals.

    • Proven ability to lead and own the end-to-end bid process.

    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

    • Strong written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

    • Creative flair and understanding of branding, design, and visual presentation.

    • Collaborative mindset, confident working with senior stakeholders.

    • A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for continuous improvement.
