Overview
This is a great opportunity for somebody with Billing experience to join a progressive and dynamic top 5 corporate team. You will work as part of the broader Finance team. Hybrid working and great benefits.

In this role you will be:
Managing initial client set up and documenting billing requirements for the client billing team;
Agreeing the billing timetable with the partner;
Setting up new payers and liaising with Legal Personal Assistants to coordinate this;
Working with lawyers to confirm what is to be billed based on the timetable;
Preparing draft bills for review;
Confirming VAT checks;
Issuing final bills;
Working closely with Credit Control;
Dealing with all queries in a timely manner;

You are a finance professional with excellent attention to detail and data management skills;
You can prioritise activities and manage expectations given competing demands from multiple stakeholders;
You have strong initiative and organizational skills and take responsibility for delivery;
You are a team player with excellent time management skills and demonstrate a positive approach;
You are keen to develop your career in billing;
You are proficient in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
