    • Advise clients on legal, operational, and regulatory aspects of cross-border fund distribution.

    • Manage a portfolio of open and closed-ended fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.

    • Coordinate cross-border fund registrations and post-registration projects.

    • Deliver compliance updates and reports to clients and boards.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to support international marketing activities.

    • Provide mentorship and contribute to training of junior colleagues.

    • Stay current with regulatory developments and industry trends affecting fund distribution.

    • Represent the firm through thought leadership, client engagement, and industry participation.

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fund registration, or a related legal, regulatory, or compliance role.

    • Proven success managing cross-border marketing projects in professional or financial services.

    • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with creative problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
