• Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on and act in high-value IP and general litigation matters across patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and related rights.

  • Provide guidance on AI-related legal and risk-management issues.

  • Deliver exceptional client service in all engagements.

  • Assist in developing the practice and supporting wider strategic objectives.

  • Contribute to business development, client relationship-building, and collaboration with international teams (including opportunities for short-term secondments).

• Key Requirements

  • Newly Qualified Associate with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in IP and disputes.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a truly international, team-based environment.

  • Understanding of AI and its emerging legal landscape.

  • Flexibility to support a wide range of IP and disputes matters across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Strong legal research skills, particularly in evolving areas such as AI.

  • Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining high standards.

  • Confidence using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X) for professional networking.

  • A positive attitude, sense of humour, and enjoyment of collaborative team culture.
