    • Advise on high-end corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, and private equity investments.

    • Take a lead role on deal execution and client relationship management.

    • Work with international clients and counterparties, including acting as lead counsel in major transactions.

    • Collaborate across practice areas to ensure seamless client delivery.

    • Participate in business development activities and help grow the firm’s profile in the Irish and wider international market.

    • Contribute to the mentorship and development of junior team members.

    • Maintain strong technical legal expertise while applying practical commercial judgement to client issues.

    • Qualified solicitor with 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).

    • Strong background in M&A and corporate finance; exposure to venture capital, private equity, and equity capital markets is highly valued.

    • Experience and training with a leading law firm in Ireland or a major onshore jurisdiction.

    • Excellent academic credentials and a commercial mindset.

    • Strong interest in business development and profile-building within the legal market.

    • Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
