Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a Global Fund Registration Officer to join its Global Registration Services (GRS) team in Dublin. The GRS team supports the cross-border marketing of investment funds by advising on and managing regulatory and administrative requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialised, high-performing team within a global firm recognised for excellence in legal and financial services.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing regulatory reporting and filing obligations to national competent authorities (NCAs) in jurisdictions where clients’ funds are registered.

  • Maintain internal governance and control frameworks in compliance with regulatory obligations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all NCA filings and maintain up-to-date documentation post-filing.

  • Support the team in implementing robust processes to meet clients’ legal and statutory obligations.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of operational workflows within the GRS function.

  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance specialists to deliver a coordinated service offering.
