Overview
A leading international law firm is seeking a Global Fund Registration Officer to join its Global Registration Services (GRS) team in Dublin. The GRS team supports the cross-border marketing of investment funds by advising on and managing regulatory and administrative requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialised, high-performing team within a global firm recognised for excellence in legal and financial services.

Assist with ongoing regulatory reporting and filing obligations to national competent authorities (NCAs) in jurisdictions where clients’ funds are registered.
Maintain internal governance and control frameworks in compliance with regulatory obligations.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all NCA filings and maintain up-to-date documentation post-filing.
Support the team in implementing robust processes to meet clients’ legal and statutory obligations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of operational workflows within the GRS function.
Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance specialists to deliver a coordinated service offering.
